Lever Limit Switch The Lever Limit Switch that we manufacture are of high quality as these are extracted from the reliable raw materials. The Lever Limit Switch are exported widely as these are demanded by the clients to large extent. Lever limit switch as are used for heavy duty E.O.T. cranes, wagon shunting devices etc. to prevent over travel or traverse on power & control circuit up to 500 volts A.C 50 cycles / second and 40 amps current rating. The Bharat Make limit switch normally remains closed and cuts off power to stop the motor of the crane. The limit switch operates when the lever is moved over a projecting member fixed on the girder.
The limit switch contact are automatically reset when the lever return to zero position due to spring action. The housing of limit switch is made of thick sheet steel suitably reinforced to give exceptional rigidity. The cam shaft is mounted in the housing on molded bushes of synthetic material fixed to the front and rear walls.
The limit switches are made in IP41 as well as IP 54 enclosure. The housing is made of cast Iron / cast aluminum. The base and cover have machined surface to protect against dirt and dust. The came themselves are molded from the highest quality synthetic material and are accurately cut to correspond to the switching sequence. Small limit switches are also available for hoist applications.
