Hydrolic Thruster Break Bharat make Thruster Breaks are suitable for 415/440 volts 3 phase A.C. Supply for a wide range of drum sizes 100 mm to 600 mm dia. The breaking pressure shoes is transmitted from the springs by means of an extremely rigid and simple lever/ tie rod mechanism.
Release of Breakshoes is effected by energizing 3 phase thruster which over come the spring force & the shoes are moved clear off the drum by lever/arms linkage system so that the drum is free to rotate without any friction. The angle of the Breakshoe being 90 Deg makes the replacement & maintenance of Breakshoes easy at site & also wearing of lining is much less than conventional Breaks
Bharat Make thruster which forms parts of the Break is a self contained unit and comprises of a Centrifugal pump and Impeller driven by an Impressed upon the piston which is directly coupled to the load lifted. (The oil used is transformer oil grade–BS148 or equivalent)
Heavy Duty-Double Rod Thruster: Min pr. 40 kg/cm2 heavy duty works for specified (100mm & 600mm Drum Size) Max heavy pr. duty thruster (water proof) specified motors, Max Load capacity (80kg/cm2, 50 Hz), Specified for 300mm & 600mm Brakes sizes.
