- Drum diameter: 150 mm to 600 mm
- Outer body: Cast Iron (CI)
- Gutkas: Steels Grade ( EN-8 )
- Clutch: Foraged (EN-9)
Gutkas are fixed with compo beak lining to grip the outer drum from in side on operation. Springs, which are used under Gutkas, are made of good quality spring steels wire. Range:- Drum Dia 150 mm - 600 mm
Benefits On Operation of Breaks:
When motor picked up approximately 80% of the normal speed, the Gutkas will grip the outer drum from inside so motor starts unload and uniformly, There will be no jurck on the starting point of power and also it is fail safe and reduce motor heating also. It prevents the contractors from spark and also there will be more contact life to contractors. Use of centrifugal clutch coupling reduces jurck on mechanical system also.
